Summary:

Advent is a season in the Christian calendar that is themed around anticipation and hope as it leads up to Christmas Day, the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Yet, living in the 21st century (2,000 years after Jesus’ life), we are faced with the reality of suffering, grief, despair, brokenness, and sin. In the midst of all this, the last chapter of the Bible explains and depicts what ultimate reality looks like for those that are united to Christ. All will be healed and made right when Jesus returns and we are face to face with him.
