Committed groups GraceGroups are closed groups rather than drop-in studies. This allows members to build deep trust, rapport, vulnerability, transparency, and accountability over time.
Trained leadership Participants are placed with a trained leader who has gone through the discipleship process. As new leaders are developed, additional groups can begin each year.
1 Spiritual Infant New believers are often excited and eager to learn, but they need a strong foundation. Spiritual infants receive personal care as Scripture, life in Christ, and the essential habits of prayer, Bible study, Christian community, service, generosity, humility, and sharing their faith are explained and modeled.
2 Spiritual Child Spiritual children understand the basic language and truths of the faith, but their perspective may still be self-focused or shaped by feelings and incomplete understanding. They learn their identity in Christ, how to belong to a spiritual family, feed themselves from God’s Word, and move from biblical knowledge to heart change and faithful action.
3 Spiritual Young Adult Spiritual young adults are increasingly God-centered and others-focused. They are eager to serve and take responsibility, yet still benefit from coaching as they identify their gifts, develop healthy boundaries, work with a team, navigate ministry challenges, and learn to serve and lead with wisdom.
4 Spiritual Parent Spiritual parents embrace Christ’s mission to make disciples. With a coaching mindset, they help younger believers take their next steps, equip others to serve, build teams rather than work alone, and seek to reproduce mature disciples who become fellow workers in the mission of Christ.
01 Spiritual Growth Pursue maturity as a follower of Jesus through each stage of the GraceGroups journey.
02 Accountability Commit to the group and welcome the encouragement, honesty, and care of fellow members.
03 Attendance Attend weekly meetings, with planned breaks for holidays and approximately two months in summer.
04 Preparation Complete devotionals, readings, and Scripture memory so you are ready to participate each week.
