Summary:

Christianity is not a religion in the traditional sense as it is not a religion of rules but rather a relationship at rest. And yet, Christians have a hard time simply resting in the finished work of Christ. We tend to be saved by grace but live by legalism. In this passage Paul communicates three aspects of legalism so we may walk in faithfulness.
